Welcome Valley Vape Club & Vapor Planes Customers!
On March 17th, 2020, Valley Vape Club in Castro Valley, CA and Vapor Planes in Fremont, CA were forced to close (temporarily), due to a shelter-at-home ordinance by Alameda County. We also own Bodyrock Products, this retail/wholesale website that has been in business since 2013. We usually only carry our signature brands (Totally Vaped Out, Bodyrock Signature, and Wave Bars), but we're adding all 3rd-party brands from our retail locations due to this situation. This is a temporary fix until our stores are back open. Our site has online age-verification and secure/encrypted credit card processing. Bodyrock Products' website is now hosting all products from these 2 retail store locations. We will be working tirelessly to add all 3000+ of our products manually to this site. REOPENING UPDATE - 05/19/2020:
Good news! We've been cleared to open for curbside/storefront pickup. We will be reopening TOMORROW (Wednesday, May 20th) with the following business hours:
Monday - Saturday: 12:00pm - 5:00pm
Sunday: CLOSED
We decided to take a day to clean, sanitize, and organize the store to prepare for opening, so we will be closed today (Tuesday, 05/19/20).
Below are the protocols for purchasing at this time (these are subject to change - stay tuned to this page for more info):
1. Purchase online:
A. Purchase products on our website with a credit card and have them shipped to your home address, with FREE shipping on all orders over $30.
B. Purchase products on our website with a credit card, and pickup products during our business hours (Choose "Customer Pickup" at checkout).
C. Purchase products on our website with "Card/Debit Card At Pickup", and pay via contactless payment at our door.
2. Storefront purchases:
Walk up to our contactless storefront, let us know what products you need, and we will bag them and prepare them for purchase. Customers will not be allowed to touch, smell, or sample any items prior to purchase. Customers will insert their credit/debit card into our POS system to pay, and our POS will be cleaned and sanitized after each purchase.
Important points to note:
- Due to possible COVID-19 contamination, Valley Vape Club will not be accepting any returns or exchanges at this time and until further notice. All sales are final with no exceptions.
- We cannot change coils, diagnose or fix devices, or handle any products from customers.
- We are NOT accepting cash payments at this time. We will be accepting credit card and debit card purchases ONLY. No exchange of cash will be allowed, and no change can be given for any purchase. NO exceptions.
- We're asking customers to wear masks, for our safety and yours. We're going to be wearing them, you should too! We care about the safety of our customers, and we look forward to seeing your partial faces. :)
- We have installed an acrylic "shield" at our door, so our employees and customers are safer when coming in contact with each other.
- We have hand sanitizer, masks, and mask filters available for purchase. You're also welcome to use our complimentary hand sanitizer when you pickup your orders.
- We are following ALL guidelines and safety precautions at our business. We understand that some of you may disagree, but we're doing it for our safety and yours, and following the guidelines from Alameda County so we can stay open.

Not much new to update here - looks like we're stuck in lockdown for another month, as Alameda County has extended the Shelter In Place until the end of May. During this time, we ask that all of you please follow our Facebook page - we post all of our NEW products, restocks, and updates there daily, and it's a bit easier than sending everyone to our website:

We have some hand sanitizers coming in soon, produced locally, and sourced from one of the largest hand sanitizer companies. We'll be offering these for sale on our website, and for every bottle that's purchased, we'll donate one to our first responders and community in need. Stay tuned!

Pricing update:
We reduced our prices of 30ml/60ml/100ml e-liquid products to match our "2 60mls for $34.99" and "2 100mls for $39.99" deals. So even if you just buy 1, you'll still get the same price as if you bought 2.

Update - 03/30/2020:
First of all, we miss seeing your faces, and hope everyone is staying safe and healthy! We're still working on adding products to the website, but we added a TON this week for you!
Here are a few frequently asked questions we've gotten this week:
Q: Can we pickup orders at the shops?
A: Alameda County has been VERY specific about how we can do business. We are not allowed to have customers in our shop, at our door, or in the parking lot to receive orders. All orders MUST be shipped ONLY! This is the only way they'll let us do business, and we're doing everything we can to make sure we continue to provide for our customers.
Q: Can you deliver orders?
A: We cannot risk putting our employees or customers in any kind of danger by doing delivery and dropoffs. Taking any kind of payments outside of our physical shop also violates our California Tobacco License.
Q: When will you reopen to the public?
A: At this point, we're not sure yet. The Alameda County Ordinance keeps us closed until April 7th (and will probably be extended this week), but the California Shelter-At-Home Executive Order N33-20 supersedes it, and President Trump's order supersedes that one (now until May 1st). We are not comfortable opening our doors until we know it is 100% safe for our customers and employees.
Q: Will I receive rewards points for my purchases while the shops are closed to the public?
A: Save your emailed receipts/invoices from your purchases! When we're back open again, bring in a copy and we'll apply your points. There is no way for us to link your purchases with our Rewards system on our website, but we'll make sure we take care of our customers when we can open our doors!
Q: What products will you be adding to your site from your shops this week?
A: We have over 3000 products total, and we're adding them as fast as we can.

Update - 03/23/2020:
This is David, owner of Valley Vape Club. I am working hard to add all of our inventory to this site. Here are our issues with this dilemma and why our products are on this website:
1. We cannot have our doors open to the public, allow customers to enter our store, or do curbside pickup as we've not been deemed an "essential business".
2. Our California Tobacco License only allows us to sell at our physical location (we cannot accept cash & cards outside of our retail locations).
3. Credit card processing for a new online retail site takes about 20-30 days to get approved, and we don't want to make our customers wait that long to order.
4. Local delivery could put our employees and our customers at risk, so we are able to offer free shipping (on orders of $30.00 or more) here on this website.
Instructions & info about ordering:
We are adding products here daily, and will post updates above as we add them. We would like to prioritize our customers' needs, so if there's a product you're looking to order that is NOT listed here yet, please use the Live Chat feature below to speak to us, and we'll move your wanted products to the top of our priority list. This is a long process, so please bear with us.
First, create an account on our website with the "Sign Up" link at the top of the page. Add your products to the shopping cart and checkout. You will be age-verified at checkout (this is required by law). This will only happen ONCE, and you will be listed as "age-verified" on our site for future orders.
Orders will be shipped daily from 11am-4pm. All orders placed before 3pm each business day will go out same-day, and should arrive next-day anywhere in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will receive a tracking # via email when your order is shipped. NOTE: there may be some small USPS delays as they're a bit overloaded currently.
