Are your products safe?

SAFETY IS OUR #1 PRIORITY! Due to the FDA regulations, we make no claims that our products are a safe alternative to smoking. Our products have not been approved by the FDA. The long-term effects of our products are not known. Use at your own discretion. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN AND PETS! Do not swallow or ingest our products. If our products are accidentally swallowed or ingested, contact the poison control center immediately. Our products can contain nicotine. Prop 65 Warning: nicotine is a chemical know to the state of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm. Are your products marketed to minors?

We at Bodyrock Products, LLC are FIRMLY AGAINST the sale of our products to minors. If you are aware of a minor in possession of our products, or know of a retailer selling our products to anyone under the age of 21 (18+ in certain states), please contact your local authorities, and send us an email at Our delicious flavors are intended for ADULT USE only. We ensure that you must be 21 years of age or older to enter ALL of our retailers' establishments. Some of our product flavors are sweets, candies, and cereal flavors that can be misinterpreted as flavors that children may enjoy, when in fact, adult love sweets! We will do everything in our power to prevent minors from obtaining our products, and will report all illegal sales to authorities.

Are your products US-made?

All e-liquid ingredients are produced and sourced in the USA.

Do you steep your e-liquids?

We do not steep our e-liquids. See the batch-dates on our bottles for born-on information. While we feel that our e-liquids taste amazing fresh, we leave it up to the customer to decide whether to steep or not. Some of our flavors become more robust or creamy with time. To steep e-liquids, leave your bottle in a cool, dark place for a few weeks. Open frequently to allow oxygen flow. Shake well before using.

What are the VG/PG ratios of your products?

Our Totally Vaped Out line, Hard Cocktails line, ZINGA! E-Juice, Ramune Pop, and Sherbet Shakez are 70% VG. Our Sweet Tooth E-Juice line is 65% VG. Yellow Label E-Liquid is 70% VG. Circus P-Nutz is 80% VG.

What are the expiration dates of your e-liquids?

We use no preservatives or inhibitors in our e-liquids. Batch dates are printed on every bottle. We have no exact expiration date for our individual flavors, but we suggest that all our of our products be used within 1-2 years (24 months) of purchase, if stored in a cool, dark place with low exposure to oxygen.

Do your products have safety (child-resistant) caps?

All of our bottles have safety-caps that are tested and more child-resistant than standard caps. They are safer, but are NOT necessarily child-proof. KEEP OUR PRODUCTS OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN! All of our products ship with shrink-wrap tamper-seals.

Do you use food coloring in your e-liquids?

Our product lines contain NO added colorings. Nicotine naturally changes the color of the 3mg and 6mg varieties (sometimes to a yellow or slightly pink color).

What type of nicotine do you use? Is it harsh?

We use only the finest VG-based nicotine in our products. PG-based nicotines can change the VG/PG ratio of some e-liquids and can sometimes create a harsh effect. We choose not to use PG-based nicotine.

I am diabetic. Do your products contain any natural sugars?

We use artificial sweetener (Sucralose) and ethyl maltol in all of our products. No real sugar sweeteners are used. All vegetable glycerin has a small amount of natural sweetness. Ethyl Maltol is used in a very small amount in our flavors. Ethyl Maltol can cause minor spikes in blood sugar levels. Please research ethyl maltol use with any medical condition, and contact your doctor prior to purchasing/using our products.

Shipping Questions

What are your shipping methods?

We ship via USPS Priority Mail boxes. You will receive an automated tracking # via email when your product has been shipped. Our products are packed in bubble wrap, and boxes are filled with styrofoam peanuts.

How fast will I get my order?

We ship packages Monday-Friday from 10:00am-4:00pm PST. USPS Priority Mail arrives in most areas of the U.S. within 2 business days, sometimes 3 if there is a slight delay. We do not guarantee arrival time of our packages. If you haven't received your package within 4 business days from the time it is shipped, please email us at

Do you ship outside of the United States?

Currently, we only ship to U.S. addresses. We also ship to U.S. territories such as Guam. Due to customs issues, we cannot ship internationally at this time. This may change in the near future.

Do you offer customer pickup for my order?

We offer wholesale warehouse pickup. Please call or email us to schedule a time to pickup your order.

What are the restricted areas for shipping?

Due to local laws and licensing, we are unable to ship to the City Of Chicago, Utah, Indiana, Maine, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Vermont, Arkansas, and North Carolina.

What are the requirements for shipping vapor/e-liquid/nicotine/tobacco products in California?

California's STAKE act requires that the billing and shipping information on all Calfiornia orders must match, and that we must make an automated phone call to each purchaser after 5pm notifying them that a tobacco product is being shipped (you do NOT need to respond to this phone call). More details about the STAKE Act are detailed below:

California’s STAKE Act

California law prohibits the sale of tobacco products to anyone under the age of 21, and the STAKE Act imposes mandatory steps that online distributors and sellers of tobacco products are required to follow to verify that a purchaser of these items is 21 years of age or older. The Act defines “tobacco products” to include an “electronic device that delivers nicotine or other vaporized liquids to the person inhaling from the device, including, but not limited to, and electronic cigarette, cigar, pipe, or hookah.”

The steps required under the STAKE ACT are summarized below.

- Attempt to match the name, address and date of birth provided by the customer to information contained in records in a database of individuals whose age has been verified to be 21 years or older by reference to an appropriate database of government records kept by the distributor, a direct marketing firm or any other entity. (This is done automatically by our age-verification software -
- Verify that the billing address on the check or credit card offered for payment by the purchaser matches the address listed in the database.

- If unable to verify that the purchaser is 21 years of age through the above, require the customer or recipient to submit an age-verification kit consisting of an attestation signed by the customer that he or she is 21 years of age or older and a copy of a valid form of government identification. - Verify that the billing address on the check or credit card provided by the consumer matches the address listed in the form of government identification. (Orders that do not have matching billing & shipping addresses will be manually cancelled and refunded in full)
- Regardless of the form of payment, prior to shipping the tobacco product to a California customer, make a telephone call after 5 p.m. to the purchaser or recipient confirming the order. The call may be a recorded message left on voicemail. (An automated phone call is placed via software from our offices. You do NOT need to respond to this phone call)
- Deliver only to the purchaser or recipient’s verified billing address on the check or credit card used for payment. Delivery to a post office box address is prohibited.
(Orders shipped to PO Boxes will be manually cancelled and refunded in full)

We have a secure SSL certificate for our website. All credit card payments are secure and encrypted. We do not have access to credit card data. It is saved by the website and encrypted, and we cannot access it.

Do you accept returns?

I don't like the flavor I ordered. Can I get a refund or exchange it?

Unfortunately, taste is subjective. We cannot promise that every flavor is for you. Try ordering a small bottle (15ml) before you purchase a 30ml or 120ml of any flavor, or check with your local vape shop to try them before you purchase on our website. We cannot offer refunds or returns on any product.

My product was stolen or lost in the mail. Do you offer refunds?

Once our products have left our possession, we are not responsible for stolen or lost items. Please ship your products to a safe and secure location, and follow your tracking progress via your automated tracking # sent to you via email.
